More New Jonah Hex character posters and Trailer!

Ive been trying to keep up on the Jonah news of late and one of the things Ive noticed is that, despite the movie not looking all that great they are putting a LOT of work behind the promotional material.

Last week, 4 new character posters were released and they look top notch

And just this morning a newer, better film trailer was released. Im starting to warm up to the idea of this Jonah Hex not being the character from the comics and trying to let the movie speak for itself. Of course that isnt going to excuse a bad script....but we'll see about that.

Until then check out the new trailer, I think its a bit better....What do you think?

I gotta disagree, dude. This trailer seems a mite worse to me. If anything, this one makes it out even more to be a mindless explosion fest. I'll still go see it cause I want more weird westerns but I just cannot shake the feeling that this movie is going to suck. The addition of AC/DC ala Iron Man 2 REALLY doesn't help.

All that said, for the love of Mike, someone needs to get Gallowwalker released already!

You could be right, I'm still on the fence about it....I was liking it until the end when they start blasting the "Metal" (and I don't mean lead ;)....but you can't argue that this is a slicker product and faster paced. All the explosions make you forget how much it could suck ;)

I agree on all counts about Gallowwalker....

I do still hate the "wouldn't you" line from Megan Fox...

I hate everytime she speaks. I'm exceptionally happy with the level of detail in everything (guns, costumes, etc) but I'm just afraid that this is gonna be a mediocre movie.

And sadly, I'm so jaded that the explosions don't make me forget, they tip me off more. We'll see though. I wanna be hopeful but it's hard given how most properties are handled.

Yeah, that breathy Marilyn Monroe thing just doesn't work for her. Theres not many women I would say, "You're destined for Porn, sweetheart!" too, but I make the acception for her.

The only thing i am anticipating form this film are the props and art direction, which then puts it in the same saddlebag as Wild Wild West and The Golden Compass.
